Today in Food Styling we had our resident photographer on campus, Chris Jenkins, come to class and talk to us about photography and our upcoming photo-shoot that he will be shooting.
He asked all of us what we were thinking about doing for our photo shoot, and told us to starting thinking about how we want our photo shot. Aspects like the angle of the shot, lighting, and how close up you want it.
Chef Mary Helen gave us a handout on photography for us to look over for inspiration for our photo shoot.
My photo shoot is on April 24. I’m thinking about doing a charcuterie board for mine.
